Nbaee Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Getting Started

1General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the nbaee platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and nbaee.

Nbaee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through direct discussion.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with nbaee, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Use of the nbaee platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to nbaee immediately.

Nbaee reserves the right to decline any account registration request for any reason. Until KYC verification is completed after registration, withdrawal access may be limited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Nbaee currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Full payment terms are detailed below:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (Five Hundred Taka).
• Maximum Deposit: Daily limits apply and vary based on your account verification level.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500 (Five Hundred Taka).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes; however, processing may take up to 24 hours during verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Nbaee may request additional verification for any transaction, particularly large withdrawals. If you experience any issue with a transaction, notify the support team within 24 hours.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nbaee offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus carries its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players only and can be claimed once.
• Accepting a bonus requires completing wagering requirements — typically 20–35 times the bonus amount.
• The maximum stake per bet placed with bonus funds is BDT 500.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Nbaee reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of misuse.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on nbaee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Nbaee reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Nbaee is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing in Sports Betting will be voided.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event and may vary depending on the specific market.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbaee platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under another person's identity.
• Using artificial betting patterns or bonus hunting strategies to exploit bonus offers.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other players or disrupting order on the platform.
• Using nbaee's trademarks, logo, or content without authorization.

7Security & KYC Verification

Nbaee follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to maintain a secure platform and comply with international standards. Full details on KYC are provided below:

• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal or when certain thresholds are exceeded.
• A clear photo of your national ID card or passport must be submitted.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.
• KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours to complete.
• All submitted data is protected by SSL encryption and is never shared with third parties.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. Change your password regularly and avoid logging in from unfamiliar devices.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

• Session Limit: Set a session time limit for gaming and enable automatic logout after a set period.

• Self-Exclusion: If you find it difficult to keep your gaming under control, you can request a temporary account suspension for a set period.
• Reality Check: A summary of your gaming time and spending will be displayed at regular intervals.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Nbaee reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds for account closure include:

• Serious or repeated violations of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Request voluntary account closure at any time.

In the event of account closure, if no violation is established, any remaining balance will be returned after verification. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Players may also request account closure at any time. To do so, contact the support team and withdraw any remaining balance beforehand.

10Changes & Updates Policy

Nbaee may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the following process will be followed:

• For major changes, users will be notified by email or via the platform at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor changes such as spelling corrections or clarifications may be made without notice.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the changes, you may request account closure and withdraw any remaining balance.
